摘 要:结块现象是磷酸盐干态覆膜砂在保存中遇到的问题之一,难以使覆膜砂保持散砂状态,从而严重影响了覆膜砂的流动性,阻碍了无机覆膜砂的应用。通过向干态覆膜砂里加入偶联剂和干燥剂以改善结块问题,结果表明:将偶联剂处理前、后的两种干态覆膜砂以质量比为1∶1混合均匀,再加入占覆膜砂质量分数为1/200的硅胶干燥剂,能有效改善覆膜砂结块问题,结块率下降65%左右,射砂成形所得试样的抗拉强度达到1.5 MPa以上。Caking phenomenon is one of the problems encountered in the preservation of phosphate dry coated sand.It is difficult to keep the coated sand in the state of loose sand,which seriously affects the fluidity of the coated sand and the application of inorganic coated sand.In this paper,the caking problem was ameliorated by adding coupling agent and silica-gel drier to dry coated sand.The results showed that the two kinds of dry coated sand before and after coupling agent treatment were mixed uniformly with a mass ratio of 1∶1,and then added the silica-gel drier with a mass fraction of 1/200,which could effectively ameliorate the caking problem,the caking rate decreased about 65%,and the tensile strength of the sample obtained by sandshooting was more than 1.5 MPa.
