摘  要:对一起110 kV变压器高压侧电缆终端绝缘击穿事故进行深入分析。探讨电缆绝缘击穿原理,对故障电缆终端进行外观检查和解体检查,发现电缆终端绝缘存在局部击穿、施工工艺不达标等情况。从电缆终端受外力影响、电缆绝缘本体质量、安装工艺等方面,分析电缆终端绝缘击穿的可能原因,并提出相应的防范措施,以提高电缆终端的安装质量和运行可靠性。An in-depth analysis is conducted on the cable termination insulation breakdown accident at the high-voltage side of a 110 kV transformer.The principle of insulation breakdown of cables is discussed,and the external appearance inspection and disassembly inspection are performed on the faulty cable termination.It is found that there are instances of local breakdown and substandard construction technology in the cable termination insulation.The possible causes of insulation breakdown of the cable termination are analyzed from the aspects such as external force impact on cable termination,cable insulation body quality and installation technology.The preventive measures are proposed to improve the installation quality and operation reliability of the cable termination.
