摘 要:针对小包膨胀食品的裹包式装盒机在运行过程中设备参数无法远程访问、智能化程度低,以及后期设备维护困难等问题,开发一款用于远程实时监测裹包式装盒机状态参数的物联网系统。系统硬件采用AT89C52单片机作为主控,配置3种数据采集传感器,采集装盒机主轴转速、电控箱温度、当前装盒数量参数,配置ESP8266模块实现无线数据传输;系统软件采用OneNet平台接收数据,借助微信开发者工具设计手机移动端GUI界面,实时获取数据并显示,引入Echarts对3种状态参数绘制实时变化曲线图,实现数据可视化。结果表明,温度信息测量的平均相对误差为0.15%,转速信息测量的平均相对误差为3.7%,系统数据采集的准确性、精度满足要求。研究结果为装盒机的远程实时监测及设备状态评估提供参考。In view of the problems that the equipment parameters can not be remotely accessed,the degree of intelligence is low and the equipment maintenance is difficult during the operation of the wrapping and cartoning machine for small packets of puffed food,in order to monitor the operation of the wrapping and cartoning machine in real-time,an Internet of Things system for remote realtime monitoring of the status parameters of the wrapping and cartoning machine was developed.In terms of system hardware,AT89C52 single-chip computer was used as the main control unit,and three data acquisition sensors were configured to collect parameters such as spindle speed,temperature of electric control box and current number of cartons filled.ESP8266 module was configured to realize wireless data transmission.In terms of system software,the OneNet platform was configured to receive data,the GUI interface of mobile phone terminal was designed with the help of micro-messaging developer tools,the data of OneNet platform was acquired and displayed in real time,and Echarts was introduced to draw real-time change curve diagrams for three state parameters to realize data visualization.The results show that the average relative error of temperature information measurement is 0.15% and that of speed information measurement is 3.7%.The accuracy and precision of data collection in the system meet the requirements.The research results provides a reference for remote real-time monitoring of cartoning machine and equipment state evaluation.
