摘 要:在转炉平均出钢碳为0.042%、平均出钢温度1 644℃工艺条件下,通过调整底吹供气布局、供气砖合理选型、优化炼钢操作、动态控制熔池液面等措施,实现了230 t转炉全炉役复吹。使用寿命达到7 525炉,碳氧积控制在0.002 27,终点钢水氧含量由595×10^(-6)下降至546×10^(-6),全炉役吨钢氧气耗量下降1.9 m^(3),吹炼时间减少了33 s。By adjusting the distribution of bottom purging position,designing the bottom shape,optimizing steelmaking operations,and dynamically controlling the bath level,the service life of 230 tons converter with combined bottom purging were achieved at 7525 heats.An average tapping carbon of 0.042%and tapping temperature of 1644℃ in the 230 tons converter.The CO product is controlled at 0.00227,and the oxygen content in molten steel is reduced from 595×10^(-6) to 546×10^(-6).The oxygen consumption per ton of steel in the entire campaign has decreased by 1.9 m.The blowing duration has been reduced by 33 seconds.
