摘　　要：针对430铁素体不锈钢屋面瓦要求,开发了430铁素体不锈钢从炼钢、热轧、冷轧全流程生产工艺。炼钢工序降低碳含量,提高抗锈耐蚀性能;热轧从轧制工艺和热酸洗除磷工艺优化,解决了430白皮钢卷表面质量缺陷问题;冷轧工序优化轧制、退火、酸洗工艺,解决了表面钝化不均,板形差,板面白光度高等问题。产品中性盐雾试验可达500 h,满足了430铁素体不锈钢在屋面瓦应用中存在的反光率高、易生锈和腐蚀问题,实现了工业化生产。According to the requirements of 430 ferritic stainless steel roofing tile,the whole process production of 430 ferritic stainless steel from steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling has been developed:the steelmaking process reduces the carbon content and improves the rust and corrosion resistance.The optimization of the rolling process and the hot descale process from hot rolling solves the problem of surface quality defects of 430 white skin steel coils.The cold rolling process optimizes the rolling,annealing and pickling processes,solves the problems of uneven surface passivation,poor plate shape,high whiteness of the plate surface,and the neutral salt spray test of the product can reach 500 hours.It meets the problems of high reflectivity,easy rust and corrosion of 430 ferritic stainless steel in the application of roofing tiles,and the industrial production was realized.
