摘  要:研究了层流冷却高位水箱及层流水流量的设计计算。热轧带钢的层流冷却是一项重要的生产工艺,通过层状水流对热轧钢板进行控制冷却。冷却水系统的运行受到带钢轧制节奏和钢材冷却需求多样性的影响,可能导致生产干扰、产品质量受损或能源浪费;因此,准确确定冷却水量对于降低成本、提高生产效率具有重要意义。通过理论分析计算,重点设计了高位水箱的容量,确保在生产过程中能够稳定供水并保证产品质量。This article studies the design calculation of laminar cooling high-level water tank and laminar water flow.Laminar cooling of hot-rolled strip steel is an important production process,controlling the cooling of hot-rolled steel plates through laminar water flow.The operation of the cooling water system is influenced by the rolling pace of strip steel and the diverse cooling requirements of steel,which may lead to production disturbances,compromised product quality,or energy waste.Therefore,accurately determining the cooling water quantity is of significant importance for cost reduction and improved production efficiency.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,this article focuses on designing the capacity of the high-level water tank to ensure stable water supply during the production process and guarantee product quality.
