摘  要:二道河银铅锌矿含部分磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿等磁性矿物与铅锌矿物的复杂连生体。近年来,随着采矿纵向深部开采,原矿含磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿等越来越多,现有工艺无法回收磁性矿物中的铅锌银,通过试验研究,原矿磁选获得的磁性产品与铅浮选粗精矿合并再磨,银、铅、锌回收率分别提高0.51%、0.50%和0.22%,生产实践表明,工业生产铅锌银回收率提高优于实验室指标,且能降低选矿药剂成本,经济效益显著。The Erdaohe silver-lead-zinc ore contains some complex connexus of magnetic minerals,pyrrhotite and other magnetic minerals and lead-zinc minerals.In recent years,with the longitudinal deep mining of mining,the raw ore contains more and more magnetite,pyrrhotite and so on,the existing process can not recover the lead,zinc and silver in the magnetic minerals.Through experimental research,the magnetic products obtained by the magnetic separation of the raw ore and the lead flotation coarse concentrate are combined and re-grinded,and the recovery rate of silver,lead and zinc is increased by 0.51%,0.50%and 0.22%respectively.The production practice shows that the recovery rate of lead-zinc-silver in industrial production is better than that of the laboratory index,and it can reduce the cost of mineral processing agent,and the economic effect is significant.
