摘 要:试验研究了黑铜泥浸出渣铋回收工艺,试验表明:黑铜泥浸出渣预处理控制液固比6、温度90℃、pH值1、煮洗反应1h,可大幅降低预处理渣含铜;氯盐酸浸控制游离酸度110 g/L、Cl-浓度130 g/L、液固比4、反应温度85℃下搅拌反应2 h,铋浸出率可达97%以上;中和沉铋控制反应温度85℃、pH值2.5,反应时间2 h,中和后液含铋仅33 mg/L,实现了铋的较好回收。The recovery process of bismuth from black copper mud leaching residue was studied.The results showed that the pretreatment of black copper mud leaching residue with a liquid-solid ratio of 6,a temperature of 90℃and a pH value of 1 for 1 hour can significantly reduce the copper content of the pretreatment residue.The chloroacetic acid leaching was controlled at a free acidity of 110 g/L,Cl-concentration of 130 g/L,a liquid-solid ratio of 4,and a reaction temperature of 85℃for stirring reaction for 2h,and the bismuth leaching rate can reach over 97%.The neutralization and precipitation of bismuth was controlled at a reaction temperature of 85℃and pH value of 2.5 for 2 hours.The post-neutralization liquid contained only 33 mg/L bismuth,achieving a good recovery of bismuth.
