摘 要:本研究以铅含量大于0.99994的铅锭为试验原料,分别采用蒸馏-快冷法和气雾化法制备铅粉,研究两类方法对制备铅粉的影响,研究结果表明:蒸馏-快冷法由于采用高温减压蒸馏制备,能实现Fe、Cu、Sn、Ag、Al、Ni的有效除杂,制备的铅粉形貌无规则但粒度较小,1100℃下铅粉粒度呈正态分布,Dv(50)为4.89μm,但继续升高温度会加剧铅粉团聚;气雾化法对杂质金属无除杂效果,制备的铅粉粒度较大但形貌趋于球形,在炉温480℃、氮气雾化压力为4.0 MPa条件下获得的铅粉粒度呈正态分布,Dv(50)为26.1μm。In this study,lead ingots with a lead content greater than 0.99994 were used as experimental materials,and lead powder were prepared by distillation-rapid cooling method and aerosol method,respectively.The effects of these two methods on the preparation of lead powder were studied.The research results showed that the distillation rapid cooling method,due to the use of high-temperature and vacuum distillation,can effectively remove impurities of Fe,Cu,Sn,Ag,Al,and Ni.The prepared lead powder has irregular morphology but small particle size.The lead powder particle size is a normal distribution at 1100℃,Dv(50)is 4.89μm.But continuing to increase the temperature will intensify the agglomeration of lead powder.The aerosol method has no impurity removal effect on impurity metals.The prepared lead powder has a larger particle size but tends to be spherical in shape.The lead powder obtained under the conditions of furnace temperature 480℃and nitrogen atomization pressure of 4.0 MPa shows a normal distribution of particle size,Dv(50)is 26.1μm.
