摘 要:文章以某农药厂生产废水为研究对象,针对其特征污染物吡啶和4-氨基吡啶,开展了吸附处理试验研究。对比了三种常见的吸附材料,确定了SBA-15为最优吸附材料,并进一步对其改性制备得到Fe-Ni/C@SBA-15吸附材料。结果显示,改性材料对农药废水中吡啶和4-氨基吡啶的最大吸附量分别为34.24 mg/g和240.40 mg/g。试验表明,吸附过程最优pH值为7,在室温下进行即可。吸附材料再生试验表明,经过3次重复试验,吸附容量为初始容量的80%左右,表明其具有一定的再生性能并可循环利用。In this paper,the production wastewater of a pesticide factory was taken as the research object,and the adsorption treatment experiment was carried out for its characteristic pollutants pyridine and 4-aminopyridine.Compared with three common adsorption materials,SBA-15 was determined to be the optimal adsorption material,and further modified to obtain Fe-Ni/C@SBA-15 adsorption material.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of the modified material for pyridine and 4-aminopyridine in pesticide wastewater was 34.24 mg/g and 240.40 mg/g,respectively.Experiments show that the optimal pH value of the adsorption process is 7,which can be carried out at room temperature.The regeneration test of the adsorbent material showed that the adsorption capacity was about 80%of the initial capacity after three repeated tests,indicating that it had certain regeneration performance and could be recycled.
