摘 要:【目的】福恢2165作为一种表现优良的恢复系,具有株叶形态好、配合力高、抗稻瘟病和米质优等特点。因此,明确福恢2165重要农艺性状的分子基础,可以为材料改良和杂交稻育种提供参考,促进福恢2165在水稻生产中的安全应用。【方法】评价福恢2165对稻瘟病的抗性表现,并通过水稻全基因组芯片技术分析材料的纯合度及基因组片段来源。检测与产量、抗非生物和生物逆境、品质、生育期、育性和株型等重要农艺性状相关的功能基因。对福恢2165及其亲本进行抗病相关基因的单倍型分析。【结果】福恢2165显示出稳定的稻瘟病抗性,其基因型纯合度高,遗传背景单一。基因组片段来源分析表明,福恢2165的基因组片段更多来自于华航丝苗和蜀恢527。功能基因检测结果表明,福恢2165聚合了多个与重要农艺性状相关的调控基因。此外,单倍型分析进一步揭示了福恢2165含有丰富的抗稻瘟病相关基因资源。【结论】通过深入分析福恢2165的基因型特征和重要农艺性状相关基因,揭示了其遗传特性和抗病性的分子基础。这些结果为福恢2165的遗传改良和育种利用提供了新的理论支持和实践指导。【Objective】As an excellent restorer line,Fuhui 2165 possesses characteristics such as good plant and leaf morphology,high combining ability,moderate resistance to rice blast,and excellent rice quality.Therefore,clarifying the molecular basis of the important agronomic traits of Fuhui 2165 can pro⁃vide a reference for material improvement and hybrid rice breeding,and promote the safe application of Fuhui 2165 in rice production.【Method】This study evaluated the resistance of Fuhui 2165 to rice blast and analyzed its homozygosity and chromosomal fragment sources using rice whole-genome chip technology.Subsequently,functional genes related to multiple important agronomic traits such as yield,resistance to abiotic and biotic stress,quality,growth period,fertility,and plant type were detected.Finally,haplotype analysis of disease resistance-related genes was conducted for Fuhui 2165 and its parents.【Result】Fuhui 2165 showed stable resistance to rice blast,with a high genotype homozygosity and a single genetic background. Chromosome fragment source analysis indicated that the chromosomal frag⁃ ments of Fuhui 2165 were derived from Huahangsimiao and Shuhui 527. Functional gene detection re⁃ sults showed that Fuhui 2165 carried multiple regulatory genes related to important agronomic traits. In addition, haplotype analysis further revealed that Fuhui 2165 contained a rich array of resistance genes related to rice blast. 【Conclusion】 This study revealed the genetic characteristics and the molecular ba⁃ sis of disease resistance of Fuhui 2165 through in-depth analysis of its genotype characteristics and genes related to important agronomic traits. These results provide novel theoretical support and practical guid⁃ ance for the genetic improvement of Fuhui 2165 and the utilization in hybrid rice breeding.
