摘  要:针对重载电力机车车体损伤特性及剩余寿命评估问题,对某型重载电力机车车体底架纵向力传递及设备悬挂部位的7个测点进行了动应力测试,计算了各测点处的损伤并评估了剩余寿命,结果表明:除测点1的重车损伤略低于空车损伤外,其他6个测点的重车损伤均不同程度高于空车损伤,车底悬挂设备的振动加剧了空车状态下测点1的疲劳损伤累积;各测点均有较为富裕的剩余寿命,测点5的剩余寿命最低,为1.15×10^(8)km,表明当车辆服役至其设计寿命后,仍有足够的安全运行裕量。In view of the damage characteristics and residual life evaluation of the heavy-duty electric locomotive body,the dynamic stress test is carried out on seven measuring points of the longitudinal force transmission of the body underframe and the equipment suspension part of a heavy-duty electric locomotive.The damage at each measuring point is calculated and the residual life is evaluated.The results show that the heavy vehicle damage at the other six measuring points is higher than the empty vehicle damage in varying degrees except that the heavy vehicle damage at measuring point 1 is slightly lower than the empty vehicle damage.The vibration of underbody suspension equipment intensifies the fatigue damage accumulation of measuring point 1 under the condition of empty vehicle.Each measuring point has a relatively rich remaining life,and the remaining life of measuring point 5 is the lowest,which is 1.15×10^(8) km.The result indicates that there is still enough safe operation margin after the vehicle is in service to its design life.
