摘  要:城轨列车踏面制动过程中的温度变化直接影响到制动系统的可靠性和列车运行安全性,为了研究车轮温升关键参数以及材料属性对车轮踏面温度影响,基于ANSYS建立车轮有限元模型,采用均匀加载法在80 km/h紧急制动工况下分别讨论车轮和闸瓦比热容和导热系数以及4种不同计算方法求解得到的对流换热系数对车轮踏面温度的影响,考虑温度对车轮材料属性的影响,将实车采集的列车运行速度和制动减速度作为热流输入参数,车轮和闸瓦导热系数直接影响到车轮踏面温升,4种不同计算方法求解得到的对流换热系数对车轮踏面温度影响较小。模拟了制动初速度为80 km/h的3次连续紧急制动工况下车轮踏面温度分布,并将仿真结果与实车试验数据进行对比分析,验证了仿真结果的可靠性。The temperature change during the braking process of urban rail train tread directly affects the reliability of the braking system and the safety of train operation.The uniform loading method is used to discuss the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the wheel and brake shoe under the emergency braking condition of 80km/h,and the influence of the convection heat transfer coefficient obtained by four different calculation methods on the wheel tread temperature,considering the temperature on the wheel material properties.The influence of the train running speed and braking deceleration collected from the real car as the heat flow input parameters,the thermal conductivity of the wheel and the brake shoe directly affects the temperature rise of the wheel tread,and the convection heat transfer coefficient obtained by the four different calculation methods has an effect on the wheel tread Temperature has little effect.The temperature distribution of the wheel tread under three consecutive emergency braking conditions with an initial braking speed of 80 km/h is simulated,and the simulation results are compared with the real vehicle test data to verify the reliability of the simulation results.
