摘 要:一种飞剪电机在投入使用8个月后发生转轴断裂失效,该电机转轴原材料为35CrMo合金结构钢,此原材料一般用以制造能适用于高冲击、高弯扭、高负荷等工况的产品,因此发生断裂的情况较少。通过对断裂转轴进行化学成分、物理性能、宏观形貌、微区形貌、金相组织等方面的检测和分析,结果表明工作应力偏高是导致其疲劳断裂的主要原因,并提出了相应优化方案以降低转轴的工作应力,提高转轴强度安全系数。A flying shear motor experienced shaft fracture and failure after being put into use for 8 months.The raw material of the motor shaft is 35CrMo alloy structural steel,which is generally used to manufacture products suitable for high impact,bending and torsion,load and other working conditions.Therefore,the occurrence of fracture is relatively rare.By extracting the fractured shaft,chemical composition,physical properties,macroscopic morphology,microstructure,and other aspects were detected and analyzed.The results showed that high working stress was the main cause of its fatigue fracture.Corresponding optimization schemes were proposed to reduce the working stress of the shaft and improve its strength safety factor.
