摘　　要：蒺藜皂苷是中药材蒺藜的主要成分,其药理活性显著,具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗抑郁、抗疲劳、降血糖、保护心脑血管和保护神经等功效.综述了蒺藜皂苷的提取方法和药理活性,以期为蒺藜皂苷的深加工综合利用提供理论参考.Tribulus terrestris saponins are the main components of the Chinese herbal medicine Tribulus terrestris.Its pharmacological activity is significant,with effects such as anticancer,antioxidation,antiinflammatory,antibacterial,antidepressant,anti-fatigue,anti-hyperglycaemic,as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,nerve protection,etc.The extraction methods and pharmacological activities of Tribulus terrestris saponins were reviewed,which provides theoretical reference for the further processing and comprehensive utilization of Tribulus terrestris saponins.
