摘 要:目的建立一测多评法(QAMS)测定大黄碳酸氢钠片中5种游离蒽醌类成分的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以大黄酚为内参物,确立芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素和大黄素甲醚与大黄酚的相对校正因子,并与外标法测定结果进行比较,以验证一测多评法在测定该成分的合理性和可行性。结果8批不同生产企业的样品,一测多评法计算值与外标法实测值无明显差异,相对平均偏差均小于1.0%。结论本方法准确可靠,可用于大黄碳酸氢钠片中5种游离蒽醌类成分的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of five free anthraquinones in Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS). Methods HPLC was adopted and chrysophanol was set as an internal reference substance to establish the relative correction factors of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin and emodin monomethyl ether, and the results were compared with those of external standard method to verify the rationality and feasibility of QAMS. Results For the 8 batches of samples from different manufactures, there was no significant difference between the calculated values of QAMS and the measured values of the external standard method, and the values of the relative average deviation were all less than 1.0 %. Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable, which can be used for the content determination of five free anthraquinones in Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets.
