摘 要:为了提高涡致振动压电俘能器的能量收集效率和更好地适应接口电路负载变化,提出了一种增强型串联同步开关电感接口电路(ES-SSHI)。通过理论分析得到了接口电路能量收集效率的计算公式,然后利用Multisim电路仿真软件对增强型串联同步接口电路进行仿真分析,得到了接口电路输出功率随负载的变化曲线。最后实际搭建了涡致振动压电俘能器风洞测试装置和接口电路,对俘能器接口电路的实际采集功率进行测试和分析。结果表明ES-SSHI电路的理论功率为220μW,仿真最高输出功率为265.1μW,实验最高输出功率为98.2μW,输出功率相比目前比较流行的电路明显较高,同时负载适应性更强。An enhanced series synchronous switching inductor interface circuit(ES-SSHI)was proposed to improve the energy harvesting efficiency of vortex induced vibration piezoelectric energy harvesters and to achieve better adaption to the load variation of the interface circuits.The calculation formula was obtained through theoretical analysis for the energy harvesting efficiency of the interface circuit.ES-SSHI was then simulated and analyzed using Multisim circuit simulation software.And the output power curve of the interface circuit was obtained during load variation.Finally,a wind tunnel testing device and interface circuit were actually built for the vortex induced vibration piezoelectric energy harvester.The actual collected power was tested and analyzed for the energy harvester interface circuit.The results show that the theoretical average power is 220μW with peak value of 265.1μW for the ES-SSHI circuit,and the measured maximum output power is 98.2μW.The output power is significantly higher than that of the popular current circuits,and the load adaptability is better.
