摘 要:为了满足未来无线通信系统对小型化、多频段、低损耗的需求,基于ATF-551M4晶体管,提出了一种新型的双频段滤波天线与低噪声放大器(LNA)一体化设计,并将其应用到WiFi6频段。通过在天线上引入寄生结构,使其具有更好的双频带通滤波性能。并在两个工作频段上分别设计出与LNA输入相匹配的阻抗,实现了无需阻抗匹配网络的滤波天线与电路直接连接。该设计可以有效地降低传统射频接收机前端中阻抗匹配网络带来的损耗,改善接收机噪声系数,提高接收机灵敏度,同时实现接收机的小型化多功能集成。实测结果显示,该一体化天线在WiFi6频段内|S_(11)|dB,低频段增益>20.9 dB,高频段增益>14.1 dB,具有比较显著的双频带通滤波特性。与传统级联设计相比,一体化天线不但具有更小的尺寸,而且噪声系数在工作频段内也显著减小。噪声系数最大降低了约0.5 dB,对应的灵敏度约提高17.5%。To meet the requirements of miniaturization,multi band,and low loss in future wireless communication systems,a new integrated design of dual-band filtering antenna and low noise amplifier(LNA),based on the ATF-551M4 transistor,was proposed for WiFi6 frequency band application.Better dual-band bandpass filtering performance was achieved by introducing parasitic structures on the antenna.Impedance matching was designed for LNA input in two operating frequency bands,and direct connection between the filtering antenna and the circuit was realized without impedance matching network.The design can effectively reduce the losses caused by impedance matching networks in traditional RF receiver front-end,improve receiver noise figure(NF),increase receiver sensitivity,and achieve miniaturization and multi-functional integration of the receiver.The measured results show that the integrated antenna has significant dual-band bandpass filtering characteristics in the WiFi6 frequency bands,with|S_(11)|<-13 dB,gain>20.9 dB at low frequency band,and gain>14.1 dB at high frequency band.Compared with traditional cascaded designs,the integrated antenna achieves not only miniaturization but also significantly lower NF in the operating frequency bands.The maximum reduction in NF is approximately 0.5 dB,corresponding to a sensitivity increase of about 17.5%.
