摘 要:连续采煤机重心位置直接影响其稳定性、截割效率和接地比压等整机重要性能参数。针对设计过程中连续采煤机不同位姿下整机重心计算过程复杂、变化轨迹不直观的问题,采用动力学仿真软件建立了连续采煤机多刚体动力学模型,对连续采煤机在不同位姿下的重心位置及位姿变换过程中重心变化轨迹进行分析,最后对该分析方法进行总结并得出结果。The position of the barycenter of the continuous shearer directly affects its stability,cutting efficiency and grounding pressure.In response to the complex calculation process and non intuitive trajectory under different postures of the barycenter of the continuous shearer during the design process,the multi-rigid body dynamic model of the continuous shearer was established by using dynamic simulation software.The the barycenter position under different postures and trajectory of the barycenter change during the transformation postures of the continuous shearer were analyzed.Finally,the analysis method was summarized and the results were obtained.
