摘　　要：介绍了采煤机摇臂浮动油封结构形式,对浮动油封使用处的结构进行分析,确定影响其结构尺寸的因素;对结构尺寸链及加工进行控制,从而达到满足尺寸公差要求;通过设置于滚筒联接套上的孔对安装后的浮动油封进行测量复核,从而避免浮动油封频繁漏油。Introduced the structure form of the floating oil seal in rocker arm of shearer,the structure of using place of the floating oil seal was analyzed,the factors affecting its structure size was determined,controlled the structure dimension chain and the processing,thus the dimensional tolerance request was meeted.The measurement review of floating oil seal after installation were carried out through the hole arranged on the roller connecting sleeve,so as to avoid frequent oil leakage of the floating oil seal.
