摘  要:针对无磁钢一次铣削加工成本高、加工困难的问题,提出了2种无磁钢铣削专用设备的布局方案,设计了一次铣削成形的无磁钢螺旋槽铣削专用铣刀盘,分析了可能影响铣削性能的因素并计算无磁钢铣削加工工艺参数。试验结果表明:与水平对开结构相比,铣刀盘沿螺旋线方向对开的结构布局可减少了刀具成本50%,综合效率提升了30.7%。In view of the problems of high processing costs and difficult processing associated with one-time milling of non-magnetic steel,two specialized layout schemes for non-magnetic steel milling equipment were proposed and the dedicated milling cutter disk for one-time milling of non-magnetic steel spiral grooves was designed.The factors that may impact milling performance were analyzed,and milling process parameters for non-magnetic steel milling were calculated.The test results show that compared with the horizontal relatively separate structure the cutter cost of relatively separate structure along the spiral direction of the milling cutter disk is reduced by 50%,and the overall efficiency is increased by 30.7%.
