摘　　要：为保证平面转弯带式输送机在转弯段能够以自然变向的方式平稳转弯,设计了重锤式和弹簧式2种内曲线抬高角自动调节托辊架装置。这2种装置解决了拐弯段输送带跑偏的问题,保证弯曲段输送带受力平衡,并使带式输送机平稳转弯运行,减小了输送带、托辊的磨损。In order to ensure that the plane turning belt conveyor can turn smoothly with natural direction change in the turning section,two kinds of roller frame devices with automatic adjustment of inner curve elevation angle such as heavy hammer type and spring type were designed.The two devices solves the problem of deviation of the conveyor belt in the turning section,ensures the balance of the stress of the conveyor belt in the turning section,so that the conveyor runs smoothly in the turning,and reduces the wear of the conveyor belt and roller.
