摘 要:针对机载锚杆钻机在使用过程中振动较大的问题,对其机构建模及极端工况进行了有限元分析。对机载锚杆钻机的结构进行了优化,并对优化后的结构再进行建模及极端工况下的有限元分析,进行优化效果验证。仿真结果表明,通过将油缸支撑铰点位置前移,提高了钻机的稳定性。In view of the problem of large vibration during the use of the mounted drilling rig,a modeling of the structure and finite element analysis under extreme working conditions of its structure were carried out.The structural optimization of the mounted drilling rig was carried out,and the optimized structure was again modeled and analyzed by the finite element analysis under extreme working conditions to verify the optimization effect.The simulation results show that by moving the position of the hydraulic cylinder support hinge point forward,the stability of the drlling rig has been improved.
