摘 要:综采工作面超前支护是整个支护系统中的薄弱环节。传统的20 m超前支护采用液压单体支柱。由于液压单体支柱在支设和回撤时完全依靠人力,工人劳动强度大,耗工费时,安全性较差。为了提高液压单体支柱的支设和回撤效率、减轻工人的劳动强度,研制一种具有转载、支护、运输、自移功能的转支运移一体机。Advance support in fully mechanized mining face is a weak link in the entire support system.The traditional 20 m advance support adopts hydraulic individual pllars.Due to the fact that hydraulic individual pillars rely entirely on manpower during support and retraction,workers have high labor intensity,consume labor and time,and have poor safety.In order to improve the efficiency of supporting and retracting hydraulic single pillars,and reduce the labor intensity of workers,a transfer,support,transportation and movement integrated machine with functions of transfer,support,transportation and self movement was developed.
