摘　　要：针对煤矿井下打钻作业信息化程度低、监钻工作量大等问题,研究并设计了一套煤矿井下打钻视频管理系统。该系统由高清摄像仪、分析服务器及传输网络等部分组成,具有实时视频监控、双向语音对讲、打钻业务管理、基于视频分析的钻杆计数等功能,可协助煤矿企业实现远程监钻、验钻和打钻作业的信息化管理,有效杜绝虚假进尺,提高瓦斯抽采治理环节的安全管理水平。Aiming at the problems of lower informatization and larger monitor workload on drilling operations in underground coal mine,researched and designed a video management system for underground drilling in coal mine.The system consists of high-definition cameras,analysis servers and transmission networks,etc.It has functions such as real-time video monitoring,two-way voice intercom,drilling business management,drill pipe counting based on video analysis,and so on.It can assist coal mining enterprises in achieving remote monitoring,remote drilling inspection and information management of drilling operations,effectively eliminates false footage,and improves the safety management level of gas extraction and control links.
