摘  要:煤矿井下水力压裂需要大量工人在井下作业,面临着瓦斯爆炸、煤与瓦斯突出等安全风险,以及强噪声及扬尘污染等健康风险,而水力压裂远程测控可有效解决此问题。提出了一种煤矿井下水力压裂远程测控系统,可在地表遥控井下水力压裂的启停及压裂参数等。对该系统的结构组成、硬件电路及软件编程进行了详细的叙述,并在某压裂工作面进行了试验,验证了该系统的远程控制及测量功能,为煤矿压裂施工自动化及智能化的研究提供了一定的借鉴。Hydraulic fracturing in underground coal mines requires a large number of workers to operate underground,faces safety risks such as gas explosions,coal and gas outbursts,as well as health risks such as strong noise and dust pollution.Remote monitoring and control of hydraulic fracturing can effectively solve these problems.Proposed a remote monitoring and control system for hydraulic fracturing in underground coal mines,which allows remote control of the start and stop of hydraulic fracturing and parameters from the surface.Carried out a detailed description of the structural composition,hardware circuit and software programming of the system.The experiment was conducted at a fracturing working face and validated the remote control and measurement capabilities of the system,which provides a reference for studying automation and intelligent construction of fracturing in coal mine.
