摘 要:以聚丙二醇、对苯二异氰酸酯及扩链剂1,4-丁二醇为原料,采用预聚体法制备了一系列聚氨酯弹性体(PUE),研究了扩链系数对PUE力学性能、高低温性能等的影响。结果表明,在扩链系数0.95至1.07范围内,随着f值增加,材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度先增后降。当f值为0.98时,材料在常温下和100℃热态的力学性能表现均最好,f值的增加会降低材料的耐低温性能。A series of polyurethane elastomer(PUE)samples were prepared by prepolymerization method using polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG),p-phenylene diisocyanate(PPDI)and chain extender 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as raw materials.The effects of chain extension coefficient(f value)on mechanical properties,thermal properties and low-temperature properties of PUE were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength,tear strength and hardness first increased and then decreased when f value increased from 0.95 to 1.07.When the f value was 0.98,the mechanical properties of the material were the best at room temperature and 100℃ high temperatures.The low-temperature resistance of the material would decreased with f value increasing.
