摘　　要：文章介绍了地基载荷试验快速法的定义、特点以及操作流程,阐述了该方法在地基强度测试、土体压缩性能评估、地基稳定性分析以及地下水位判断等方面的具体应用,并分析了其在实施过程中的优势和局限性。通过选取具有代表性的建筑工程项目进行案例分析,深入研究了地基载荷试验快速法在实际工程中的效果与影响。文中总结了地基载荷试验快速法在建筑工程质量检测中的应用价值,并对未来该技术的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。This paper introduces the definition,characteristics and operation process of the rapid method of foundation load test,expounds the specific application of the method in foundation strength testing,soil compression performance evaluation,foundation stability analysis and groundwater level judgment,and analyzes its advantages and limitations in the implementation process.By selecting representative construction projects for case analysis,the effect and influence of the rapid method of foundation load test in practical engineering are deeply studied.This paper summarizes the application value of the rapid method of foundation load test in the quality inspection of construction engineering,and looks forward to the development trend and application prospect of this technology in the future.
