摘　　要：首先,对工程索赔的概念、产生原因进行梳理和阐述。其次,结合实际案例分析了工程索赔的疑难点。最后,针对工程索赔存在的问题,从合同管理、制度管理、风险管理、质量管理四个方面提出了相应的管理方案。Firstly,the concept and causes of engineering claims are sorted out and elaborated.Secondly,the difficulties of engineering claims are analyzed in combination with actual cases.Finally,in view of the problems existing in engineering claims,corresponding management schemes are proposed from four aspects:contract management,system management,risk management and quality management.
