摘 要:本文研究了某锅炉脱硝稀释风系统优化改造方案,通过热力和阻力计算分析烟气空气换热器布置可行性,选取了锅炉尾部竖井前烟道省煤器下部布置烟气空气换热器,保证稀释风的洁净和适宜温度,解决了原脱硝稀释风采用热一次风含灰量较大导致的输送和喷氨管路设备堵塞问题,确保脱硝系统的安全、稳定运行,同时也解决了原稀释风需要稀释风机满负荷运行电耗高问题,节约了厂用电。In the paper,optimized modification design of boiler denitration diluting air system was studied.Based on thermal and draft calculation,gas-air heat exchanger is arranged after economizer in boiler vertical front gas duct to ensure getting clean and proper temperature's diluting air.Original diluting air was heated by boiler rotary air heater which carried more ash to block devices in diluting air and ammonia injection pipe and diluting air fans were operated on full load to push the air to ammonia injection system.The modification solves ash blocking problem and diluting air fans are not necessary to be operated,thereby ensures safe and steady operation of denitration system and auxiliary power is saved.
