摘 要:蓄热燃烧技术是VOCs脱除的重要技术方法,在VOCs降解的同时可能产生副产物NOX和二噁英。本研究提出以蜂窝式蓄热体作为载体,将钒、钨等催化活性物质涂覆于蓄热体表面,制备具有催化和蓄热多功能的复合材料,催化VOCs燃烧副产物降解。研究制备了可用于工业应用的蓄热体功能材料,并对材料形貌进行SEM和EDS表征,测试了活性组分涂覆牢固性,以及涂覆材料蓄热性能和催化活性。结果表明:多功能材料表面催化剂涂层分布均匀且附着牢固,蓄热能力保持不变;样品有明显的NH3-SCR反应活性,随反应温度升高,NO转化率升高,在300℃时达到峰值NO转化率最高82%,而后随温度升高转化率下降;样品对氯苯同样具有催化反应活性,且随温度升高,反应活性逐步提高,450℃时氯苯的转化率达到60%;在有水条件下(10%H_(2)O),NO和氯苯的协同催化效果表现稳定,并无影响。研究开发了蓄热催化双功能材料,为VOCs蓄热燃烧副产物净化提供创新解决方案。Regenerative combustion technology is an important technical method for VOCs removal,which may produce the by-products of NOX and dioxin at the same time of VOCs degradation.In this study,the honeycomb regenerator was used as the carrier,the vanadium,tungsten and other catalytic active substances were coated on the surface of the regenerator carrier to prepare composite materials with catalytic and heat storage functions,which could catalyse the degradation of VOCs combustion by-products.The functional material of the regenerator,which can be used in industrial applications,was studied and prepared.The morphology of the material was characterized by SEM and EDS.the coating fastness of the active component,and the thermal storage performance and catalytic activity of the coating material were tested.The results show that the catalyst coating on the surface of the multifunctional material is evenly distributed and firmly attached,and the heat storage capacity remains unchanged;the sample has obvious NH3-SCR reaction activity.With the increase of reaction temperature,the NO conversion rate increases,and reaches the peak rate of 82%at 300℃,and then decreases with the increase of temperature;The sample also has catalytic activity for chlorobenzene,and the reaction activity gradually increases with the increase of temperature.The conversion rate of chlorobenzene reaches 60%at 450℃;In the presence of water(10%H_(2)O),the synergistic catalytic effect of NO and chlorobenzene was stable and had no effect.The research and development of heat storage and catalytic bifunctional materials provide innovative solutions for by-products purification of VOCs regenerative combustion.
