二价阳离子掺杂对钛酸盐基红色荧光粉性能的影响

摘  要:白光LED以其所具备的环保、省电、效率高、寿命长等优点被广泛使用,而红色荧光粉是其发光所必需的。本文使用高温固相法,在1200℃下烧结4小时,制备了二价阳离子掺杂的CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+)(CTE)红色荧光粉,研究二价阳离子(Mg^(2+),Zn^(2+))掺杂浓度对钛酸盐基红色荧光粉发光性能的影响。结构分析表明XRD图谱与CaTiO_(3)的标准PDF卡片符合得很好,表明烧结荧光粉为纯度较高的单相物质,具有较好的结晶性。经过一系列分析,结果表明,Mg^(2+)对CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+)进行掺杂可以改善其发光性能,特别当掺杂浓度为4%时,其发光强度增强了约1.5倍。表明合适的二价阳离子掺杂有利于钛酸盐基红色荧光粉发光性能的提升,对CTE荧光粉的应用具有一定的参考意义。White LED is widely used for its advantages of environmental protection,power saving,high efficiency and long life,in which red phosphor is a main luminescen constituent.In this paper,high temperature solid state method was used to prepare divalent cation doped CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+)(CTE)red phosphor by sintering at 1200℃for 4 hours.The effect of divalent cation(Mg^(2+),Zn^(2+))doping concentration on the luminescence properties of CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+)red phosphor was studied.The structure analysis shows that the XRD pattern is in good agreement with the standard PDF card of CaTiO_(3),and there is no impurity peak,which indicates that the sintered phosphor is a single-phase material with high purity and good crystallinity.At the same time,fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to measure the emission spectrum and excitation spectrum of the samples,so as to analyze the luminescence properties of the samples.The results show that doping of Mg^(2+)can improve the luminescence properties of CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+),especially when the doping concentration is 4%,the luminescence intensity of CaTiO_(3):Eu^(3+)increases by about 1.5 times.The structure analysis shows that the XRD pattern is in good agreement with the standard PDF card of CaTiO_(3),and there is no impurity peak,which indicates that the sintered phosphor is a single-phase material with high purity and good crystallinity.
