摘 要:离岛孤网存在输配电困难的问题,为了满足边缘海岛的用电需求,本文以某离岛孤网型风光储柴综合能源系统工程为背景,通过收集该岛屿风光资源数据和电网现状,讨论了四种含高比例可再生能源的风光储柴综合能源系统供电方案在边缘海岛上的供电方案可行性,同时本文采用PVSYST软件和WASP软件探讨了四种供电方案中光伏、风电和储能系统的选型方案。结果显示,风光储柴装机方案中柴油发电调峰的电量占比不超过30%时可不设风电,能起到减少弃电和大幅降低工程投资的作用(总投资可降低64.89%)。本文可为建设高可再生能源比例的相关离岛孤网型综合能源系统实际工程应用案例提供指导。There are difficulties in power transmission and distribution on the island's isolated grid.To meet the electricity needs of off-grid island,an off-grid island wind-solar-storage-diesel integrated energy system project was taken as the background.By collecting the island's wind and solar resource data and power grid status,four integrated energy system supply schemes with high renewable energy proportion were discussed,including wind-solar-storage-diesel.The feasibility of the power supply scheme on the edge island was discussed.The selection scheme of photovoltaic,wind and energy storage systems in the four power supply schemes was discussed by PVSYST and WASP software.The results show that when the proportion of diesel power generation for peak regulation in the wind-solar-storage installed capacity scheme does not exceed 30%,wind power can be omitted,which can reduce power loss and greatly reduce project investment(total investment can be reduced by 64.89%).This paper can provide guidance for the practical engineering application cases of building off-grid island integrated energy system with high renewable energy proportion.
