摘　　要：以常州大学为例,针对创新人才培养中忽视创新创业价值观、实践教学体系尚不健全等问题,探索培育科学的创新创业价值观、构建大学实践教学体系、跨界指导和专业教师实际能力提升并举、建立与学科前沿相符的教学综合资源、打造跨界融合创新实验平台、建立良好师生互动的实践环境的“六位一体”跨界融合培养模式,为应用型高校本科生创新人才培养提供参考。Taking Changzhou University as an example,this paper aims at the problems such as neglecting the value of innovation and entrepreneurship,the practice teaching system being not perfect in the training of innovative talents and so on.The“six-in-one”cross-border integration model was explored which including“cultivating scientific values of innovation and entrepreneurship,constructing practical tea-ching system of new engineering universities,imultaneously promoting cross-boundary guidance and the improvement of professional teachers’practical ability,establishing compre-hensive teaching resources in line with the subject frontier,building cross-boundary fusion innovation experiment plat-form,and establishing good practice environment for interac-tion between teachers and students”.It provides a reference for the cultivation of innovative talents for undergraduates in application-oriented universities.
