摘  要:随着近年来国内近海风电场的逐渐饱和,深远海风电开发成为该行业新的增长点。但当前我国大部分海底电缆敷设船只仅适用于浅水和短距离作业,难以应对深远海复杂多变的海况。以华电阳江青洲三50万kW海上风电项目为案例,深入探讨了使用动力定位敷缆船、大功率作业级ROV等先进船舶与装备,以及先敷后埋的施工技术在深远海超长距离220 kV海底电缆敷设中的应用。通过这些技术和方法,有效解决了深远海环境中施工窗口期短、水深大的挑战,并避免了对管廊带内已有电缆造成损害的风险,可为我国深远海海上风电的开发提供创新的技术方案和实践参考。As domestic offshore wind farms have gradually reached saturation in recent years,the development of deep-sea wind power has become a new growth point in the industry.However,most of the submarine cable laying vessels in China are only suitable for shallow water and short distance operations,struggling to cope with the complex and changeable sea conditions in the deep sea.Using the Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou's three 500,000 kW offshore wind power projects as an example,this paper deeply discusses the application of advanced ships and equipment such as dynamic positioning cable laying ship and high-power work-class ROV and the construction techniques of‘lay first,bury later’in the ultralong-distance 220 kV submarine cable laying in deep sea.Through these techniques and methods,the challenges of short construction windows and deep-water depth in deep sea environment are effectively solved,and the risk of damage to the existing cables in the pipe gallery belt is avoided.They provide innovative technical solutions and practical references for the development of deep-sea offshore wind power in China.
