摘 要:为了充分利用地下面积,较多的建筑地下室外墙与基坑支护结构进行密贴设计,促成了地下室外墙单侧支模施工工艺。常见的单侧支模工艺具有植筋钻孔工作量大、穿孔渗漏风险大,或模板易变形、爆模风险大,或支架笨重、成本高等问题。以紧邻地铁并采用逆作法施工的深圳市某工程为背景,研究并创造了岩性地质条件下外侧以岩壁代模、内侧采用膨胀锚栓锚固拉结的新型单侧支模施工技术。该技术减少了大量的石方开挖,避免了产生肥槽而带来需要在有限空间作业和增加回填工程量的问题,实施后地下室外墙观感质量良好,工期效益和经济效益显著,可为类似工程提供借鉴。To make full use of the underground area,many building basement exterior walls and foundation pit support structure are designed to be closely aligned,which promotes the construction technology of single side formwork of basement exterior wall.The common unilateral formwork process has the problems of large workload of planting bar drilling,high risk of perforation and leakage,or easy deformation of formwork,high risk of formwork explosion,or heavy support and high cost.Taking a project in Shenzhen,which is adjacent to the subway and constructed by reverse construction method as the background,a new type of unilateral formwork construction technique is studied and created under the condition of lithological geology,in which the outer side uses the rock wall as formwork and the inner side is anchored by expansion anchor bolt.This technique reduces a large amount of stone excavation,avoids the problem of the need to operate in limited space and increase the amount of backfill work caused by the production of fertilizer trough.Moreover,after implementation,the aesthetic quality of the basement's exterior walls is good,and there are significant benefits in terms of construction schedule and economic efficiency,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
