汇丰银行大楼中华厅修缮工程中的关键技术研究

摘　　要：文物建筑的保护修缮应遵循最低限度干预等原则,并需要在新型技术与传统保护技术之间寻求一种新的平衡。结合上海市中山东一路12号汇丰银行大楼中华厅的修缮实例,从历史沿革和建筑考证出发,对项目应用的微损勘察、数字资源辅助修缮、顶棚3D打印柔性支撑、麻丝石膏板保护性修缮、木龙骨修缮和置换、麻丝石膏板表面彩绘保护等技术进行探讨,验证新型技术应用于文物建筑修缮保护的可行性,旨在为类似修缮工程提供借鉴,并加强推动文物建筑保护的创新发展。The principle of minimum intervention should be adhered to in the protection and restoration of heritage buildings,and a new balance between new technology and traditional protection techniques needs to be sought.Incorporating the restoration example of the Chinese Hall in the HSBC Building at 12 Zhongshan East First Road,Shanghai,from the perspective of historical evolution and architectural research,the application of technologies such as minimally invasive inspection,digital resource-assisted restoration,3D printing of flexible supports for the ceiling,protective restoration of hemp thread gypsum board,repair and replacement of wooden keel bones,and protection of surface paintings on the hemp thread gypsum board in the project are discussed.And then,the feasibility of applying the new technology to the restoration and protection of heritage buildings is verified.With the aim of providing reference for similar restoration projects and enhancing the innovative progress in the conservation of cultural heritage buildings.
