摘  要:飞速发展的城市化更新进程中,逆作法施工技术能够为紧邻医院的地下空间开发工程提供较为有力的技术支持。以合肥市首批运用逆作法建造项目之一的安徽省儿童医院新建医技综合楼项目为研究对象,基于更严苛的环境保护及工期要求,在当地特有的风化泥岩地质条件下,开展了逆作法及其施工工艺的深入研究。以主楼桩基选择钻孔灌注桩及工程桩兼作逆作一柱一桩、裙楼桩基选择一柱一桩搭配抗浮锚杆桩为桩基选型方案,对项目实施过程中的环境保护、节能减排、工期优化、绿色施工、降低造价等方面进行了优化,可为类似既有医院内新建工程提供借鉴。In the rapidly advancing process of urban renewal,strong technical support can be provided for the underground space development project adjacent to the hospital by the reverse construction technology.Accordingly,taking the new medical technology comprehensive building project of Anhui Children's Hospital,one of the first batch of reverse construction projects in Hefei,as the research object.Under the stricter environmental protection and construction schedule requirements,in-depth research is conducted on the reverse construction method and its construction techniques,specifically tailored to the unique weathered mudstone geological conditions of the local area.In addition,for the main building foundation,a"one column,one pile"configuration is chosen,using bored pile installation and engineering piles,and for the podium foundation,a"one column,one pile"system combined with anti-floatation anchor piles are selected as the pile foundation design scheme.Furthermore,the environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction,construction period optimization,green construction,cost reduction and other aspects of the project implementation process are optimized.Reference can be provided by this approach for similar new projects in existing hospitals.
