摘  要:创新研发了单元式整体提升集成平台模架技术,采用标准化、装配化、轻量化、小型化、模块化设计,充分利用电梯井道结构将承力的筒架支撑系统尽可能布置在电梯井道无楼板结构内,形成类似于板凳状的筒架支腿形式受力,使尽量多的水平结构同时施工。可集成混凝土布料机、施工电梯、内爬塔吊爬升钢梁系统等设备于一体,满足了核心筒结构灵活高效施工需求,为塔吊筒内结构施工提供了操作平台,实现了内爬塔吊爬升钢梁系统与单元式集成平台一体化高效建造。该技术已成功应用于超高层项目中,提高了施工效率,大幅度降低了成本,社会与经济效益显著。The unit type integral lifting integrated platform formwork technique is innovatively developed.Standardization,assembly,lightweight,miniaturization,modular design are adopted.In addition,the elevator shaft structure is fully utilized so that the load-bearing tube support system is arranged as much as possible in the floorless elevator shaft structure.Furthermore,the force is distributed in a form that resembles the shape of a wooden stool cylindrical frame support leg,so that as many horizontal structures as possible are constructed at the same time.It can be integrated with concrete distributing machine,construction elevator,internal climbing tower crane climbing steel beam system and other equipment in one.It not only meets the flexible and efficient construction requirements of the core tube structure,but also provides an operating platform for the construction of the internal structure of the tower crane,and realizes the integrated and efficient construction of the internal climbing tower crane climbing steel beam system and the unit type integrated platform.Nowadays,The technique is successfully applied to super high-rise projects,which improves the construction efficiency,greatly reduces the cost,and has significant social and economic benefits.
