摘  要:针对XC弹卡式连接预应力混凝土实心方桩在施工过程中,经常发生起吊破损桩头导致套筒变形、接桩时连接件插卡与弹卡不契合、环氧树脂密封材料不密实、桩基检测合格率低等问题,依托上海瑞金医院北部院区二期工程,通过技术创新,如增加起吊专用工装、优化接桩工艺流程、采用专用的连接孔洞环氧树脂注浆设备,制定有效的接桩质量管控措施等,结合精心策划和精细管理,取得了较明显的效果,有效保证了桩基承载力。During the implementation process of XC Elastic Card Connection prestressed concrete solid square piles,issues such as lifting damage to the pile head leading to sleeve deformation,misalignment of the connector's card and bullet card during pile splicing,imperfect sealing of epoxy resin materials,and a low acceptance rate in pile foundation inspection are common.Relying on the second phase of the northern branch of the Shanghai Ruijin Hospital expansion project,through technological innovation,such as adding special lifting fixtures,optimizing the pile splicing process,using dedicated epoxy resin grouting equipment for connection holes,and establishing effective pile splicing quality control measures,combined with careful planning and meticulous management,significant results have been achieved,effectively ensuring the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
