摘 要:为研究敏感城市土工环境约束下,悬挂止水帷幕基坑降水施工对周边保护建(构)筑物的影响,以实际工程为例,介绍降水历程、采取的针对性措施及周边环境监测结果。数据对比证明深坑分段施工有效缩短了降水高峰持续时间,缓解了对周边土工环境的影响。阐述了紧邻坑边回灌的局限性,分析了不同回灌方案的优势与不足,揭示了水位下降引起建(构)筑物沉降与地质条件、建(构)筑物自身结构特性等均有关系,差异性明显。案例可为类似城市土工环境中深基坑施工提供参考。The impact of dewatering construction in foundation pits using suspended waterproof curtains on surrounding protective buildings and structures is addressed within the constraints of sensitive urban geotechnical environments.Using an actual project as an example,the precipitation process,the targeted measures and the surrounding environmental monitoring results are introduced.Data comparison demonstrates that the method of segmented construction in deep pits effectively shortens the duration of peak precipitation,thereby mitigating its impact on the surrounding geotechnical environment.The limitations of backfilling near the pit edge are expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages of different backfilling schemes are analyzed.It is revealed that the settlement of buildings and structures caused by the decrease in water level is related to the geological conditions and the structural characteristics of the buildings and structures themselves,with significant differences observed.The case study can serve as a reference for deep foundation pit construction in similar urban geotechnical environments.
