摘 要:针对软土地区超深、超大基坑整坑顺作施工时围护结构外侧水土压力大、大面积卸载变形不易控制、围护结构及环境变形敏感的难题,依托竹园第一、第二污水处理厂提标改造(升级补量)工程,对软土地区超深、超大基坑整坑交错顺作变形控制设计方法和施工技术进行研究。工程实践表明:超大基坑分区后,通过对基坑支护结构适当加强、回筑阶段采取增设悬空墙撑、临时肋墙等换撑技术,可实现整坑同步交错开挖,在保障基坑抗变形能力的同时,大幅节约工期,保证了基坑工程的安全,更大限度地满足基坑周边环境保护的要求,为今后相类似工程提供理论和实践指导。The issues of large water and soil pressure exerted outside the retaining structure,the challenge of controlling large-area unloading deformation,and the sensitivity of the retaining structure and the environment to deformation during the construction of a super-deep and super-large foundation pit in soft soil areas are targeted.In the context of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Zhuyuan No.1 and No.2 sewage treatment plants,the design method and construction techniques for staggered deformation control of the entire pit in super-deep and super-large foundation pits within soft soil areas are investigated.Engineering practices demonstrate that following the partitioning of a super-large foundation pit,its whole pit can be subjected to synchronous staggered sequential excavation,provided that the supporting structure of the foundation pit is properly reinforced and additional suspended wall support and temporary rib walls are installed during the construction phase.The deformation resistance of the foundation pit is ensured,significantly reducing the construction period and ensuring the safety of the project.Additionally,it better meets the environmental protection requirements around the foundation pit and offers theoretical and practical guidance for future similar projects.
