摘 要:相较于常规建筑,超低能耗建筑对围护系统的保温性能有着更严格的要求,其中,围护系统热桥控制是实现超低能耗建筑的关键措施。在围护系统保温构造设计时,由于悬挑构件隔断了保温层,成为热桥集中的部位,为削弱或消除此部位热桥,通常采用保温材料包覆悬挑构件的方式进行处理,但此方式存在工期影响严重及成本增量大的弊端,随着超低能耗建筑的推广,更多形式的热桥隔断措施在实际工程中得到了应用。结合常见的超低能耗建筑悬挑构件热桥隔断措施,从施工角度及隔热性能方面进行研究分析,以供同类工程借鉴。Compared with conventional buildings,ultra-low-energy consumption buildings have stricter requirements on the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure system.Among them,the thermal bridge control of the enclosure system is the key measure to achieve ultra-low energy consumption in buildings.In the design of the thermal insulation structure of the enclosure system,the cantilever member becomes the concentrated part of the thermal bridge because of the insulation layer.To weaken or eliminate the thermal bridge in this part,the thermal insulation material is usually used to cover the cantilever member,but this method has the disadvantages of a lengthy construction period and a substantial increase in cost.With the promotion of ultra-low energy buildings,more forms of thermal bridge partition measures have been applied in practical projects.In this paper,combined with the common thermal bridge partition measures of cantilever members in ultra-low energy consumption buildings,the research and analysis are carried out from the perspective of construction and thermal insulation performance,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
