摘  要:通过对波形钢腹板特大桥施工全过程的统筹策划,对大型桥梁预制节段拼装施工全过程的施工技术、安全等进行融合管理研究。区别于策划和方案编制阶段以技术条线为主、工程质量验收以质量条线为主、安全设施以安全条线为主的管理方法,各管理条线从项目策划阶段开始,全过程深度参与施工图纸深化、方案过程确定、现场施工规程深化、关键环节综合验收等工作,在节段预制和运输、现场拼装和施工控制方面取得了良好的成效,对后续类似大型项目的实施具有借鉴意义。Through comprehensive planning of the entire construction process for extra-large bridges with corrugated steel webs,the construction technology and safety measures associated with the prefabricated segmental assembly method used for large bridges are studied.Distinct from the management approach that prioritizes the technical aspect during the planning and scheme formulation stage,the quality aspect during the engineering quality acceptance stage,and the safety aspect during the safety facilities stage.Indeed,each management line is deeply involved from the project planning stage,participating throughout the entire process in tasks such as the refinement of construction drawings,the determination of the scheme process,the deepening of on-site construction procedures,and the comprehensive acceptance of key links.As a result,good results are achieved in segment prefabrication and transportation,on-site assembly and construction control.These successful outcomes can provide valuable insights in the implementation of similar large-scale projects.
