摘  要:房地产开发具有投资大、周期长、风险高的特点,受多个超预期因素影响,对身处房地产行业的国有房企,聚焦勇担当、防风险、强管理、重安全俨然成为重点。聚焦当前市场不确定性,通过剖析房地产项目面临的各类风险和企业集团的经营管理,提出切实可行的应对方法和策略,为房地产行业在新格局中的高质量发展提供借鉴。Real estate development,characterized by large investments,long cycles,and high risks,is influenced by multiple factors that exceed expectations.Consequently,for state-owned real estate companies in the industry,it becomes a focal point to focus on being proactive,preventing risks,strengthening management,and emphasizing safety.Furthermore,focusing on current market uncertainty,various risks faced by real estate projects and the operation and management of corporate groups are analyzed.Subsequently,practical and feasible methods and strategies are put forward,providing a reference for the high-quality development of the real estate industry in the new context.
