基于专利数据的我国沿海地区太阳能光伏产业发展现状、问题及对策研究——以福建省为例

摘  要:为推动沿海地区光伏产业高质量发展,以中国东南沿海的福建省为例,采用专利计量分析法,在incoPat数据库中检索太阳能光伏领域相关专利,对国内外以及福建省光伏产业发展现状进行分析。研究发现:(1)中国光伏领域的专利申请量居世界首位,但高价值专利占比较低,长三角、珠三角为产业集聚地;(2)福建省技术实力尚不突出,专利产出处于全国中游水平;(3)福建省技术创新核心区为泉州市、厦门市和福州市,柔性、异质结、钙钛矿电池为重点研发方向,金石能源、福州大学和厦门大学为主要创新主体;(4)福建省光伏产业发展水平与国内光伏强省存在显著差距,产业发展不均衡,本地龙头企业偏少,应用端发展受限,人才储备相对不足,国际化交流合作较少。基于分析结论,提出强化技术链、拓展应用链、构建人才链、拓宽合作链等对策建议,以期为福建省等沿海地区光伏产业高质量发展提供决策支撑。In order to promote the high-quality development of solar photovoltaic industry in coastal areas,taking Fujian Province in the southeast coast of China as an example,the patent metrology analysis method is used to search the related patents in the field of solar photovoltaic in the incoPat global patent database,and the current situation of photovoltaic industry at home and abroad and Fujian Province is analyzed.The results show that:(1)The number of related patent applications in the photovoltaic field in China ranks first in the world,but the proportion of high-value patents is relatively low,and the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are the industrial agglomeration areas.(2)The technical strength of Fujian Province is still not prominent,and the patent output is at the middle level of all provinces in China.(3)Quanzhou City,Xiamen City and Fuzhou City are the core areas of photovoltaic technology innovation in Fujian Province.Flexible,heterojunction and perovskite solar cells are the key research and development directions.Goldstone(Fujian)Energy Company Limited,Fuzhou University and Xiamen University are the main innovation subjects.(4)There is a significant gap between the development level of the photovoltaic industry in Fujian province and the domestic photovoltaic strong provinces.The development of the photovoltaic industry is unbalanced,the local leading enterprises are few,the development of the application end is limited,the talent reserve is relatively insufficient,and the international exchange and cooperation are less.Based on the analysis conclusions,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the technology chain,expanding the application chain,building the talent chain and expanding the cooperation chain,in order to provide decision-making support for the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry in coastal areas such as Fujian Province.
