摘 要:为给大食物观背景下我国谷物副产物加工产业的发展提供指导,通过incoPat专利数据库统计近30年全球相关专利,采用专利计量研究方法,从宏观、中观和微观层面对全球谷物副产物加工专利整体态势、技术领域、运营布局进行了解析。与发达国家相比,我国谷物副产物加工正处于快速发展期,创新优势积聚于制备技术和加工技术;技术储备主要在高校科研阶段,高价值专利相对较少,专利转化率相对较低,技术创新驱动产业发展能力尚不足。研磨、谷物膳食纤维是产业的重点发展方向。我国应积极推进高校与企业的产学研合作,大力培育在谷物副产物研磨粉碎技术、谷物膳食纤维、谷物油脂产品等方面的高价值专利,促进科技成果转化落地,助推谷物副产物增值加工产业的高质量发展。To provide guidance for the processing of cereal by-product in China within the context of great foods.Based on the incoPat patent database,relevant patents worldwide over the past 30 years were analyzed.Using patentometrics research methods,the overall trend,technical field and operational layout of global cereal by-product processing patents were analyzed from macro,meso and micro levels.Compared with developed countries,cereal by-product processing in China are currently experiencing rapid growth,innovation advantages accumulate mainly in processing technologies.The technological reserves mainly exist at university research stages while there is a relatively low number of high-value patents along with a lower rate of patent conversion,which indicates that the ability to drive industrial development through technological innovation in China is still insufficient.Grinding technology and cereal dietary fiber are the key areas for industry development.In China,the industry-academia-research cooperation between universities and companies should be actively promoted,so as to vigorously cultivate high-value patents in areas of grinding and crushing technology,the products of cereal dietary fiber and cereal oil.This will facilitate the transformation and implementation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting the high-quality development of the value-added processing industry for cereal by-products.
