摘　　要：目的:筑牢医院信息安全基础,提升自主可控能力,对医院操作系统进行国产化替代。方法:选择国产自主可控服务器、终端和操作系统,基于Wine应用兼容器的API转换技术对医院各应用软件进行适配改造。结果:原Windows环境下的应用软件进行一定的改造适配即可在国产环境中正常运行,使用相同配置的国产终端和非国产终端分别运行国产操作系统和Windows操作系统,其CPU使用率、内存使用率和首屏时间在用户体验层面均无明显差异。结论:采取Wine应用兼容器的API转换技术改造Windows应用,能够大幅提升国产化替代的进程,降低应用系统的改造成本,具有较高的安全可控性,也能满足实际应用需求。Objective In order to build a solid foundation of hospital information security,improve the ability of autonomous and controllable application,the hospital operating system was replaced by the localized one.Methods The domestic controllable server,terminal and operating system were selected,and the application software of the hospital was adapted based on the API conversion technology of Wine application and container.Results The application software in the original Windows environment can run normally in the domestic environment after certain modification and adaptation.The domestic and non-domestic terminals with the same configuration can run the domestic operating system and Windows operating system respectively,and there is no significant difference in user experience level between the CPU usage,memory usage,and first screen time.Conclusion Adopting the API conversion technology of Wine application and container to transform Windows applications can significantly improve the process of localization replacement,reduce the cost of application system transformation,have high security and controllability,and can also meet the needs of practical application.
