摘　　要：目的:设计与建设一套基于云上妇幼的5G新生儿及儿童院前急救系统,提升新生儿及儿童急救效率,探索院前急救转运医疗服务新模式。方法:基于云上妇幼云平台,建立以患者为中心、高度集成化的一体化院前急救管理系统,依托5G、云计算、物联网、移动互联网及人工智能等技术,创建4W标准智能救护体系,实现院外呼救-院前急救-院内抢救的数字化、智能化、标准化急救全流程管理。结果:通过基于云上妇幼的5G新生儿及儿童院前急救系统,实现了市级120指挥调度平台、全区云上妇幼平台、医院集成平台的院前急救信息的互联互通。结论:基于云上妇幼的5G院前急救系统,提升了新生儿及儿童的院前急救效率,保障了新生儿及儿童的转运安全,实现了院前-院内急诊救治的一体化管理。Objective To design and construct a 5G pre-hospital emergency care system for newborns and children based on the maternal and child healthcare Cloud platform,to improve the efficiency of emergency care for newborns and children,and to explore a new model of pre-hospital emergency transfer medical service.Methods Based on the maternal and child healthcare Cloud platform,a patient-centered,highly integrated pre-hospital emergency management system was established.Relying on the technologies of 5G,cloud computing,Internet of Things,mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,a 4W-standard intelligent rescue system was created to realize the digital,intelligent and standardized whole-process management of out-of-hospital call for help,pre-hospital emergency care,and in-hospital rescue.Results Through the 5G pre-hospital emergency care system for newborns and children based on the maternal and child healthcare Cloud platform,the interconnection and interoperability of pre-hospital emergency information among the municipal 120 command and dispatching platform,the maternal and child healthcare Cloud platform of the whole district,and the hospital integration platform was realized.Conclusion The 5G pre-hospital emergency care system for newborns and children based on the maternal and child healthcare Cloud platform can improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care for newborns and children,ensure the transfer safety of newborns and children,and realize the integrated management of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care.
