摘　　要：文章采用网络调研法和文献调研法,选取北京市一级公共图书馆作为调查对象,从合作形式、合作对象和合作内容三方面梳理公共图书馆与社群合作开展视障服务情况,总结分析共建共享、互利共赢、延伸服务和志愿服务4种社群合作模式,指出存在的问题,并提出公共图书馆与社群合作开展视障服务的策略,即加大政府层面的引导和支持,完善社群参与视障服务的制度标准,强化公共图书馆的社群合作意识,加强视障资源共建共享。The article adopts network research and literature research methods, selects first grade public libraries in Beijing as the survey objects, sorts out the cooperation between public libraries and communities in carrying out visually impaired services from 3 aspects: cooperation form, target, content, summarizes 4 community cooperation models: co-construction and sharing, mutual benefit and win-win, extended services and volunteer services, and puts the existing problems. And, it proposes strategies for public libraries and communities to cooperate in carrying out visually impaired services, namely increasing government guidance and support, improving the institutional standards for community participation in visually impaired services, strengthening the awareness of community cooperation in public libraries, and strengthening the co-construction and sharing of visually impaired resources.
